As a Network Lead for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program, you will deliver clinical consultations and training while ensuring culturally safe care.
Your role includes conducting assessments, guiding CBT practices, and leading research initiatives aimed at improving mental health access across communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to therapists
• Conduct clinical assessments to evaluate patient suitability
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on case conceptualization
• Collaborate with clinicians to enhance culturally safe practices
• Lead research projects and oversee data collection in the field
Requirements:
• Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited program
• Registration with the College of Psychologists Ontario
• Clinical expertise in anxiety and mood disorders
• Experience in training and consultation in CBT settings
• Strong commitment to culturally competent care
