Position: Contract Roles in Residential Support Services

HealthOPM is looking for dedicated support staff with experience in mental health or addiction settings. You'll provide hands-on assistance to clients, ensuring they receive the support they need in a potentially challenging environment. Shifts include nights and days, ideal for adaptable candidates seeking to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to clients daily

• Assist clients in personal care and routines

• Supply behavioural and emotional assistance

• Manage medication prompting and documentation

• Uphold a safe residential environment for clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a relevant program

• Prior experience in residential support beneficial

• Current CPR/First Aid certification required

• Vulnerable Sector Check is a must

• Preferred driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
