Join Bruyère Health as a Clinical Dietitian, specializing in patient nutritional care on a part-time basis. Engage in a collaborative and supportive environment while enhancing patient well-being.
In this part-time and temporary role, you will work 33.75 hours per pay period, applying your Dietetics knowledge in various units. Your responsibility includes ensuring high-quality nutritional care tailored to individual patient needs. Fluency in both French and English is required for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for patients
• Create individualized meal and nutrition plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in patient care
• Monitor patient dietary compliance and dietary education
• Maintain accurate documentation of nutrition interventions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics with completed internship
• Active membership with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Bilingual in French and English
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary teaching environment
• Knowledge of Computrition is preferred
