Bayshore Speech Language Pathologist Position

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will conduct comprehensive client assessments, design individual treatment plans, and document results in alignment with professional standards. Collaboration with a diverse healthcare team is essential to the success of your treatment programs. Your registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario will be maintained while you seek continuous learning and improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate clients’ speech and language disorders
• Create and refine personalized treatment strategies
• Document progress and clinical outcomes within standards
• Provide education to clients and healthcare providers
• Guide assistants supporting speech and language therapy
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
• Minimum of three years in Speech-Language Pathology roles
• Experience with in-home assessments beneficial
• Valid driver’s license
