Emergency Response Primary Care Paramedic

In this pivotal role, your main focus will be the safe transport and care of patients during emergencies. You will assess situations, administer medical aid, and follow protocols set by the Ministry of Health. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess environmental risks and respond to patient needs

• Report ambulance movements to Central Ambulance Communications

• Follow Basic and Advanced Life Support Patient Care Standards

• Document call reports and ensure vehicle readiness

• Participate in public education programs on emergency care

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications for primary care paramedic

• Valid Class “F” driver’s license needed

• Up to two years of paramedic experience preferred

• Must comply with safety regulations and assessments

• Police Vulnerable Sector Check required before hiring
