Join Serene Aid as a project-based Occupational Therapist working on flexible, on-call assessments in Ontario's communities.

This role offers the opportunity to conduct vital assessments while managing your schedule.

Serene Aid is expanding its network of qualified Occupational Therapists across Ontario. In this project-based position, you will complete one-time client assessments that evaluate functional abilities and home safety. Your experience will provide clients with professional recommendations and essential support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client intake assessments in various settings

• Assess clients' functional abilities and daily living activities

• Complete safety assessments for homes and environments

• Evaluate mobility needs and equipment requirements

• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Registered Occupational Therapist with COTO

• Minimum 1 year of assessment experience

• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills

• Valid Ontario driver's licence preferred

• Professional liability insurance necessary
