Join Amplifon as an Audiologist, specializing in customer care and hearing evaluations. Drive sales and community engagement while supporting customer health and satisfaction.
In this impactful role, you will manage customer journeys and conduct thorough evaluations, reporting directly to the Senior Area Manager. Your responsibilities include leading the sales of hearing aids and accessories and educating the public on hearing health benefits. You'll also support local clinics and engage in community events to raise hearing health awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for customers
• Offer personalized consultations and after-care services
• Lead sales efforts for hearing aids and accessories
• Collaborate with the Client Care Coordinator for scheduling
• Organize community outreach initiatives for awareness
Requirements:
• Diploma or Master’s in Audiology or Hearing Instrument
• Current registration with the appropriate regulatory body
• Solid computer skills in relevant software
• Open to students and recent graduates
• Bilingual (English/French) preferable
