Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain the specimen collection process

• Perform phlebotomies and conduct ECG tracings

• Manage special test collections with accurate documentation

• Maintain client communication for inquiries and follow-ups

• Prepare specimens for transportation and testing

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Laboratory Assistant program preferred

• Phlebotomy experience is an asset

• ECG training or experience is preferred

• Excellent communication skills essential

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
