CNL Workplace Wellness Coordinator

Location: Chalk River

Elevate employee health at CNL as a Workplace Wellness Coordinator in Chalk River. Focus on creating initiatives that significantly enhance well-being across the organization.

In this essential role, you'll be responsible for promoting and maintaining health initiatives across all CNL locations. You'll implement health promotion events and conduct assessments to evaluate wellness program effectiveness. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will drive engaging wellness activities and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain CNL’s Health and Wellness initiatives across all sites

• Enhance and deliver health promotion events

• Perform health risk assessments periodically

• Develop and track wellness program evaluation metrics

• Lead wellness activity meetings with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, or kinesiology

• 3-5 years of experience in wellness program development

• Regulatory health professional certification considered an asset

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

• Valid Class “G” driver’s license
