Reporting to the Manager, Digital Mental Health and AI Excellence, this full-time position focuses on coordinating initiatives that prioritize culturally safe and person-centered care. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and individuals with lived experience, ensuring effective project delivery and engagement throughout all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Maintain project files, records, and databases
• Prepare regular project updates and briefing materials
• Support outreach and engagement activities with stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and virtual events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 1-2 years of project coordination or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingualism is a plus
• Familiarity with mental health systems and digital initiatives
