Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and internal processes consultatively

• Communicate Mead Johnson Nutrition’s value proposition effectively

• Engage key stakeholders to ensure successful contract outcomes

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer needs

• Develop and execute short- and long-term account plans

Requirements:

• Proven hospital sales experience (minimum 3 years)

• Background in pediatric nutrition or related clinical field

• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Nurse (RN) credential preferred

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
