Compassionate Care Assistant Role

Join Acorn Court as a Care Assistant and deliver personal care while building relationships with residents. This full-time position requires weekday and alternate weekend shifts.

As a Care Assistant at Acorn Court, you'll work 33 to 44 hours weekly providing essential support to our residents.

Your role involves assisting with bathing, meals, and mobility while ensuring a safe, clean environment. Continuous training is provided, allowing individuals without prior experience to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with personal care activities daily

• Maintain and follow electronic care plans diligently

• Administer medication when prescribed and keep records

• Ensure a clean and safe home environment for residents

• Stay alert to residents' needs and well-being

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a caring and compassionate attitude

• No formal qualifications required; training is available

• Full-time availability for weekdays and weekends
