Mackenzie Health is seeking a Program Consultant to deliver clinical assessments and treatment recommendations. In this role, you will implement and supervise behavior management training for mediators and evaluate ongoing education for community agencies. Your extensive knowledge in positive sexuality and developmental disabilities will enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement behavioral intervention programs

• Assess clinical needs and provide treatment recommendations

• Supervise training of mediators in behavior management

• Facilitate educational seminars for parents and agencies

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree in Psychology with related experience

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Proven attendance record with strong communication skills

• Current experience in behavior therapy

• Ability to effectively engage with diverse populations
