In this casual role, you will collaborate under the clinical supervision of the Care Manager to ensure optimal health for clients. You'll assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining effective records. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care for client comfort and mobility
• Assist with daily living tasks based on individual needs
• Follow the approved care plan to support household management
• Manage records in alignment with case policies
• Notify Care Manager of clients' health status changes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Personal Support Worker program
• 1 year experience in community health agency
• Previous dietary experience is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
