• Lead a wide variety of programs including traditional OT intervention and assessments (Veterans, WSIB, Federal and Provincial Government, MVA).
• Working towards the goal of successfully returning ill workers to their previous or alternative employment positions
• Apply organizational and decision-making skills to manage a time constraint caseload
• Establish and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with various stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and community health care providers
• Develop intervention programs to address clients' needs related to function in self-care, work and leisure activities
• Maintain clients records

• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
• Professional Liability Insurance
• 3-5 years experience
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual (French & English) Oral and written an asset (English required)
• Experience working with complex trauma (PTSD) and/or with first responders an asset
• Understanding of legislation surrounding return to work, disability management, accommodation principles, organizational policies and sustainable work best practices is essential.
• Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Cognitive Assessments, Exposure Therapy and Behavioral Activation is an asset.
• Experience with Functional Capacity Evaluations, In-Home Assessment and Accident Benefits as asset.

$39.00-$50.00 per hour

37.5 per week
