As an Occupational Therapist at Carefor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients to age safely at home and regain critical life skills. Your holistic assessments will drive the development of customized rehabilitation plans that reflect clients' individual goals. Work collaboratively within a supportive team and observe the impactful changes you create.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients by examining physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Develop care plans in partnership with clients and families
• Implement interventions to restore function and safety
• Provide education for successful adaptation at home
• Advocate for client resources and services effectively
Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• 2–5 years of clinical practice experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
