Physiotherapist for Care Support

As a Physiotherapist at Carefor, you’ll leverage your skills to assess and treat clients within their own communities, helping them achieve rehabilitation goals. Your work will center on creating individualized care plans that support both mobility and wellness. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, you'll guide clients on their journey to independence while focusing on evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat a range of health conditions

• Restore function through personalized treatment plans

• Educate clients about self-care and recovery

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal client support

• Monitor and report progress using evidence-based metrics

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• 2–5 years of experience in clinical settings

• Strong teaching and communication abilities

• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle
