As a PSW at Yee Hong, you will assist residents in their daily living activities while honoring their dignity and individual rights. Applicants should have completed a Personal Support Worker course in Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care in daily living activities
• Support residents’ physical, social, and emotional needs
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Foster independence among residents in their activities
• Collaborate with team members for quality care
Requirements:
• Graduate of approved Personal Support Worker course
• Experience in long-term care setting preferred
• CPR Certificate Registration is a plus
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible mixed shifts
