Part-Time Ultrasonographer at CPDMH

Location: Carleton Place

Elevate patient care as a part-time Ultrasonographer with Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital. Utilize your skills to perform various ultrasound exams and maintain high-quality imaging.

This permanent position reports to the Clinical Manager/PACS Administrator and requires expertise to conduct abdomen, pelvis, and obstetrical examinations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent patient care while adhering to high professional standards in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and perform requested ultrasound examinations

• Maintain and document high-quality ultrasound images

• Practice excellent patient care during imaging procedures

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Commit to continuing education and quality patient safety

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program

• Current membership in Sonography Canada

• Previous hospital experience as an Ultrasonographer

• Capable of various ultrasound types, including DVT

• Demonstrated ability to meet physical and cognitive job demands
