As a UCP, you will provide essential personal care, medication administration, and support for resident mobility while upholding our high standards. This role requires great organizational skills and compassion as you document care and report on residents’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a multi-disciplinary team focusing on resident-centered care

• Adhere to care plans set by your supervisor

• Provide direct resident support and document care accurately

• Assist with medication and treatment as per regulatory standards

• Engage with families to address concerns and ensure well-being

Requirements:

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent

• Prior experience with seniors in health services

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Position Screening
