You will assess and treat clients while developing tailored care plans that align with their rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients with acute and chronic conditions

• Restore movement through exercise and strength training

• Support diverse rehabilitation needs, including cardiac care

• Develop personalized care plans to promote independence

• Educate clients and families on self-care strategies

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• 2-5 years of clinical practice experience preferred

• Strong communication skills to inspire clients

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to work independent or within a care team
