As a part-time Unregulated Care Provider reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, you will deliver personal care and participate in a team-centered approach to support residents. Your contribution will directly influence the happiness and well-being of seniors under your care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement person-centered care alongside professional team members
• Follow care plans and assist with resident mobility
• Document resident care accurately and comply with regulations
• Prepare nutritional meals and support daily living activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Requirements:
• Completion of a Personal Support Worker program or similar training
• Experience in community health services for seniors
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Recent Vulnerable Position Screening required
