In this role, you'll be responsible for client assessments, developing treatment programs, and collaborating with health professionals. A Master's Degree and registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario are essential, complemented by strong communication skills and a commitment to client care and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and create tailored treatment plans
• Document client progress and update clinical records
• Collaborate with other health care providers effectively
• Provide educational support and recommendations to clients
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Preference for three years of service experience
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license to facilitate client visits
