Dynamic Laboratory Assistant Role

As part of the Dynacare team, you’ll manage tasks like blood sample collection while ensuring patient comfort and accuracy in testing. Day shifts are scheduled from Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work. Your expertise in phlebotomy will play a critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully perform venipuncture to obtain blood samples

• Conduct ECGs and sort patient specimens

• Enter data for health requisitions accurately

• Ensure confidentiality of patient information

• Meet departmental quality metrics and compliance standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma and relevant laboratory training

• Customer-oriented with a focus on patient care

• Ability to manage patient anxiety effectively

• Strong detail orientation in tasks

• Fluent in English for clear communication
