Ottawa Clinical Respiratory Consultant Position

This position involves providing vital respiratory services, conducting assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients and physicians.
Your role includes ensuring client safety, providing necessary equipment, and maintaining meticulous documentation. Additionally, assessing home environments for safety and executing regular equipment checks are critical elements of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver respiratory services primarily focusing on oxygen therapy
• Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and evaluations
• Develop treatment plans in line with best practices
• Provide follow-up and maintain client comfort
• Ensure confidentiality in documentation and client interactions
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or RPN/LPN licensed in Ontario
• Strong ability in cardio-respiratory assessments
• Valid driver’s license required
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Participate in scheduled after-hours on-call assignments
