As a Mobile Lab Patient Technician, you will play a vital role in on-site patient care throughout various locations. Your responsibilities include performing phlebotomies, managing specimen logistics, and ensuring patient comfort during the collection process. The position is active and offers the chance to build meaningful connections with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan routing for daily patient visits and specimen collection
• Conduct phlebotomies and ECG tracings on patients
• Handle collection and delivery of lab specimens efficiently
• Prepare and accession specimens for lab transport
• Coordinate with healthcare staff regarding patient needs
Requirements:
• Valid Class G driver's license and clean driving history
• Clearance through a criminal reference check
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• ECG knowledge is a plus
