Join Sienna as the Infection Prevention and Control Lead at Granite Ridge Care Community in Stittsville, ON. This permanent full-time position is key in safeguarding resident health through exemplary leadership.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for preventing infections that threaten the well-being of our community. You will enhance team capability through training and support, while actively participating in program development and evaluation. Your leadership will create a culture of safety and encourage adherence to best practices in infection control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive infection prevention strategies

• Monitor and evaluate infection control measures

• Identify trends and manage related investigations

• Conduct training for team members on infection control

• Implement data-driven best practices

Requirements:

• At least three years of relevant clinical experience

• Strong knowledge of Ontario health regulations

• Required training in Basic Infection Prevention

• Certification in Infection Prevention & Control or A-IPC

• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
