• Provide ambulatory support and companionship

• Communicate changes in resident needs to clinical teams

• Build relationships based on trust with residents and families

Requirements:

• Completed Personal Support Worker Certification or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal skills and team-focused mindset

• Organizational skills to manage care documentation

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Commitment to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
