As a Unregulated Care Provider, you'll report to the Health and Wellness Manager and join a dedicated inter-professional team. Your tasks will include providing personal care, adhering to care plans, and documenting compliance with company standards. Your involvement in residents' care is critical to their well-being, and your observations will make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the inter-professional team

• Provide direct resident care and document accurately

• Assist with medication administration and documentation

• Plan and prepare nutritious meals as needed

• Report changes in residents' conditions to supervisors

Requirements:

• Completion of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent

• Experience in community health services with seniors

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Must obtain Vulnerable Sector Screening
