Position: Dynacare On-Site Laboratory Technician
Join Dynacare as a Laboratory Assistant Float and enhance patient care with your skills. This permanent, full-time position focuses on obtaining blood samples and conducting essential tests in a patient-centered environment.

You will provide compassionate service while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with quality metrics. Working Monday through Friday with some Saturday shifts, you will contribute to a supportive team and have ample opportunity for personal and professional growth within a recognized employer. Your ability to manage anxious patients with care will play a key role in their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples with effective venipuncture

• Maintain precision in data and test entry

• Sort and prepare specimens for analysis

• Contribute to quality metrics compliance

• Provide exemplary customer service to patients

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School and Laboratory Assistant training

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills

• Proficient in handling anxious patients

• Attention to detail in high-pressure situations

• MLPAO/CSMLS Certification is strongly recommended
