Chiropractic Receptionist; part-time

Trillium Family Chiropractic is a welcoming, family-focused clinic located in Carleton Place. Our team works together to support patients through movement, posture, and everyday wellness. Our growing clinic is seeking a part-time organized, energetic, and patient-focused Chiropractic Receptionist to join our practice.

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments
• Answer phone calls and book appointments
• Process payments (cash, debit, credit, direct billing)
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and clean
• Help ensure patients feel welcomed and cared for

• Friendly and professional attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using a computer and phone

• Previous reception or customer service experience
• Experience in a clinic, spa, gym, or wellness setting

• Evenings (typically 3-8 pm)
• 2 Saturdays a month (typically 8-2 pm)
• 10-15 hours per week (flexible)

• $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
• Training provided
