Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs

• Facilitate skill-building and goal-oriented growth

• Implement strategies for behavioral support and de-escalation

• Assist in social and recreational community participation

• Keep detailed records of client progress for care teams

Requirements:

• Diploma in DSW, SSW, EA, or related field

• Prior experience in supporting individuals with disabilities

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or preparedness to obtain

• Preferred:
Transportation access and Internet for documentation

• Commitment to ongoing professional training and client support
