This role is designed for an experienced Occupational Therapist skilled in assessments and interventions across physical, cognitive, and psychosocial domains. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough, client-centred assessments

• Assess home safety and fall risks for clients
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention strategies
• Support accessibility to disability benefits for clients
Requirements:
• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in clinical documentation and care planning
• Experience with culturally diverse communities
