In the role of Unregulated Care Provider, you will work under the guidance of the Health and Wellness Manager, providing personal care and ensuring adherence to care protocols. Your empathetic and organized approach will significantly contribute to the overall quality of life for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care that aligns with residents' care plans

• Assist residents with mobility and daily activities

• Report any significant changes in residents’ health to supervisors

• Maintain confidentiality and engage with external care agencies

• Ensure compliance with safety standards in the care environment

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Personal Support Worker program or equivalent

• Experience in senior community health services

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• CPR and First Aid certification up to date

• Current Vulnerable Position Screening required
