Part-Time Food Service Supervisor Ontario

Enhance dining experiences as a Part-Time Food Service Supervisor with Southbridge Care Homes in Ontario. Lead nutritious meal preparation while ensuring quality standards and compliance in a caring environment.

In this role reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee the Food Service Department, prioritizing safe and high-quality meals that cater to individual dietary needs. Your leadership will ensure effectiveness and adherence to regulatory standards while fostering a team-oriented atmosphere for dietary staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing dietary services

• Implement quality improvement principles and best practices

• Supervise and motivate dietary staff to enhance productivity

• Ensure compliance with Public Health requirements

• Maintain accurate records of menus and dietary needs

Requirements:

• Current membership with C.S.N.M. or College of Dietitians

• Experience in a unionized supervisory role

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of safety legislation and practices

• Clear communication skills, both oral and written
