Clinical Manager for Student Health Services

In this role, you will oversee clinical operations within the Health and Wellness Centre, responsible for a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing or healthcare administration with at least five years of experience, including management in a health clinic setting. Your leadership will ensure student-centered care, adherence to protocols, and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinical operations of medical services

• Oversee scheduling and workload distribution of staff

• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance services

• Develop and implement healthcare protocols and procedures

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing;
Master's degree preferred

• Minimum five years in primary health care, three in health clinics

• At least three years management experience in healthcare

• Valid Ontario nursing registration certificate

• Bilingual in French and English at advanced level
