Southbridge is hiring a Registered Dietitian to join its Cornwall location, where your passion for nutrition will help improve residents' wellbeing. You will be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating on meal preparations to ensure a supportive dining experience. Your expertise will significantly contribute to the overall health of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on residents’ nutrition and hydration needs
• Complete nutritional evaluations using RAI MDS 2.0
• Design and assess care plans for residents
• Maintain communication with food service professionals
• Review and approve seasonal meal menus
Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian qualified in Ontario
• 3-5 years’ long-term care experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and software skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
