As a Personal Support Worker under the Client Services Manager's guidance, you will deliver dedicated support according to each client’s care plan. Your responsibilities include observing clients’ health, reporting any changes, and documenting service accurately. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote a safe and healthy environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
• Monitor and report any changes in health status
• Record and communicate care details to the team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
• Help develop tailored care plans based on client needs
Requirements:
• Must hold Personal Support Worker or Health Care Aide certification
• At least 1 year of experience in direct care
• Current First Aid and CPR level C certifications
• Good decision-making and communication abilities
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends
