As a Registered Physiotherapist, you will assess residents and develop customized treatment plans to enhance their health and independence. This position requires you to deliver clinical treatments while ensuring effective communication with residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and establish treatment goals
• Provide essential physiotherapy treatments to residents
• Educate families on healthcare management
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments
• Oversee and instruct PTAs and interns
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario required
• Professional License Insurance necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred experience in retirement home settings
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
