Position: CHEO Patient Service Role
Join CHEO as a Patient Service Clerk and contribute to facilitating health services through patient scheduling and registration. This role emphasizes interaction with families and efficient management of clinic operations.

As a Patient Service Clerk at CHEO, you will engage in various responsibilities, such as registering patients, scheduling appointments, and confirming demographic information. Your ability to navigate Epic software will aid in referral management and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Create patient profiles in Epic and schedule appointments

• Handle incoming referrals and manage patient follow-ups

• Assist with patient check-in and demographic verification

• Collect payments and maintain inventory for the clinic

• Facilitate communication with clinical staff and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• Secondary School Graduation Diploma

• 6 months of relevant experience preferred

• Proficiency in Epic and clinical environments

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must be bilingual (English/French)
