This position focuses on providing comprehensive EFAP services, including clinical assessments and counselling. You will create tailored treatment plans and may provide after-hours support for crises. Your expertise will be essential in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting aimed at client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver counselling services and case management for clients
• Complete case progress notes and service plans
• Address client needs through after-hours crisis intervention
• Collaborate in a team-focused mental health environment
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients and services
Requirements:
• Masters in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
• Valid registration with the appropriate governing body
• Minimum 3 years of relevant counseling experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with measurement-based care is an asset
