Join No Frills as a Relief Pharmacist in Ottawa, ON, dedicated to accurate medication management and proactive patient interaction. This part-time position enhances community health awareness while ensuring exceptional pharmacy services.
No Frills is currently hiring a skilled Relief Pharmacist to dispense medications and manage patient counseling. You will oversee medication inventory levels and engage customers through clinics and health days. This role also involves providing training to colleagues and controlling pharmacy costs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately dispense and control medications for patients
• Engage with clients regarding medication inquiries
• Ensure adequate inventory of medications and supplements
• Lead training for new and existing pharmacy staff
• Review pharmacy costs and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a valid Class A license
• Strong customer relations and leadership abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems
• Ability to implement community marketing strategies
