As a Dietary Aide, you will manage patient meal orders while interacting closely with the Food & Nutrition team. This role requires a thorough understanding of customer needs, effective communication, and adaptability in a call center atmosphere. You will utilize software to ensure orders are accurately processed and delivered according to dietary regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls from patients regarding meal selections
• Accurately input and record dietary preferences with software
• Maintain knowledge of therapeutic diets for meal accuracy
• Communicate daily with healthcare professionals for effective service
• Follow safety protocols to protect patient privacy and safety
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred
• Knowledge of food service or dietary work is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Comfortable using technology throughout shifts
• Flexible in response to evolving customer needs
