Pollin Fertility is expanding its team and looking for a Senior Embryologist with a strong technical background in IVF lab operations. This position involves performing crucial laboratory procedures while driving continual quality improvements and innovation. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute standard embryology procedures like oocyte processing and embryo culture
• Perform advanced laboratory techniques including ICSI and biopsy
• Maintain high standards for quality control and assurance protocols
• Manage laboratory equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
• Work closely with reproductive endocrinologists and genetic counselors
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in an IVF laboratory setting
• Master’s or PhD in Embryology or a similar discipline
• Advanced knowledge of embryo culture systems and cryopreservation
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Certification or eligibility for embryology certification preferred
