As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team.

Whatyou’lldo:
Assistpatientswithactivities ofdaily living including skin, hair,andoral care along with bathing, toileting,& peri-care
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, including special diets, asdeterminedby the care plan
Provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help yourpatientsenjoy a better quality of life
