The ideal candidate will possess skills in collaboration, creative problem-solving, and mature communication. As part of our mission, you will monitor individuals' progress and ensure a safe environment conducive to independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in achieving their personal goals
• Assist with personal care and medication administration
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Document daily activities and medical follow-ups
• Advocate for participants’ rights and dignity
Requirements:
• Class G License required
• Developmental Service Worker Diploma preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Experience with behaviors is an asset
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred
