Position: Full-Time Overnight Personal Support Worker

Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers for its retirement residences. This full-time position runs from 11 PM to 7 AM and includes 60 hours biweekly. You will provide critical support in daily living activities, ensuring a safe and caring environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities

• Provide ambulation and personal hygiene support

• Build trusted relationships with residents and families

• Document resident care changes electronically

• Communicate effectively with clinical leads on care needs

Requirements:

• PSW certification or internationally educated nurse

• Strong understanding of emotional and physical role demands

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
