Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Wellness Clinic expansion projects and operations
• Support hiring and onboarding of clinic staff
• Lead team development, coaching, and performance management
• Promote interprofessional collaboration among staff
• Ensure the provision of quality wellness services
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in Health Profession or related field
• Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional designation
• Three years of experience in Ambulatory care
• Leadership experience in clinical settings
• Excellent communication and time management skills
