Create welcoming mornings as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant, using guest service and food safety practices to support a clean, satisfying dining experience.
Concord Hospitality seeks a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain the breakfast area before opening. You will welcome guests, explain options, verify breakfast plans, and support efficient restaurant operations. Success requires customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Set and stock restaurants before breakfast operations begin
- Welcome guests and verify breakfast plan information
- Explain breakfast procedures and seat guests accordingly
- Clear, bus, and turn over tables promptly
- Replenish beverages, remove dishware, and complete cleaning
- Customer service experience required
- One year of customer service experience
- Preferred ability to work well within a group
- Preferred attention to necessary task details
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness responsibilities
