Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your strategic thinking and relationship-building skills can shape the future of workforce management? The Senior Partner, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management will support innovative recruitment strategies and workforce initiatives that reinforce our mission of delivering an exceptional employee and learner experience.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping Algonquin College’s recruitment experience. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles—from part-time positions to executive-level searches—delivering a personalized, consultative approach that reflects each client’s unique needs and culture. Your ability to analyze trends, interpret collective agreements, and collaborate with leaders will be key to maintaining operational stability and supporting our clients’ success.
You’ll also empower People Leaders through training and coaching and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership—offering expert guidance on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent analytics that shape the future of our workforce.
